A typography and cover design project, focusing on coherency of branding concept.
Inspired by one of Emigre magazine earlier issue, which published as a cultural journal that showcases different design field such as: poetry, photography, architectures, etc., Ink Trap magazine is designed to exhibit design through its historical content.
Heavily relying on its materiality, Ink Trap Magazine combines calligraphy lettering technique and mark marking through a strict grid system format to represent both of its aesthetic and historical value.
